A bit about me and my background: Ive been a personal trainer for 4 years now. Before this I was at Milton Keynes Dons FC for 8 years coming through the youth systems working with some players and managers at the top of the sport currently.
Also I've worked with a wide variety of ages mainly being 35 years and overs with knowledge in strength training, circuit training, cardio training and pilates. So fitness has always been part of my life whether its brutal week long pre-season camps in humid countries or a gentle pilates session, I'm here to cover all your needs at any pace and timeframe is needed.
